Kris Dabu is a singer songwriter who's music draws from many different avenues - rock, blue eyed soul, Americana, blues and pop. It's a generous mixture of sounds and feelings that all have one thing in common: it hits you where you can feel it and it leaves an impression. 
Kris Dabu's debut album COMPROMISE is the culmination of many years of memories being expressed. Snapshots of time whose lasting feelings are put to rhythm and music. Written over a long stretch of time, finished and recorded during 2020-2021 when it felt like time had stood still. COMPROMISE is a collection songs dealing with matters of the heart. It is an album full of heartache, but in a way that recognizes and shares in a collective feeling of growth.
